About Welcome to the second edition of Paleti album! Paleti embraces a tradition of presenting the lyricists and composers on center stage during the concerts. In the first edition, 'Phulako Thunga' famously sung by Tara Devi was freshly performed by Paleti talents Meena with the presence of its lyricist Kabibar Madhav Ghimire; while composer Bhim Birag sang his composition 'Timile Pani' which otherwise is connoted to Narayan Gopal's legendary vocals. In this edition, you will hear fresh Paleti talents - Suraj and Sheela, as they take on Ratna Shumsher Thapa's 'Na Aau Jun' originally sung by Manik Ratna and also two new songs debuted on Paleti by Aavaas and Sangeeta Pradhan. You will also listen to the seasoned voices of Phatteman, Mani Kamal, Shanti Thatal, Ashok Rai, Kumar Subba, Prem Dhoj and Badri Durga Kharel in their current form. Sharing the archives maintained from paleti concert series since 2005 and to learn from the maintained vocals and musical forms of our legends is among the objective s of the Paleti editions.
