About Nepali Adhunik music is found to have contributed a lot in evoking patriotic feelings over the years. Perhaps it is because the same musicians of this genre were probably involved in the creation of patriotic songs and music as shown by the style of music. It is also the reason why we have such varieties of songs filled with patriotic feelings in our archives as contributed by the singers, composer and lyric writers participating in the Paleti Series. We are presenting some of those songs from this collection. Phatteman, Yogesh Vaidya, Ganesh Rasik, Hiranya Bhojpure, Madan Krishna Shrestha and Robin Sharma are among the main singers; along with Kumar Subba, Pema Lama and Paleti Talent Suraj and Meena with their dedicated rendering of the old classics have contributed to this album. We are very happy to be able to share a patriotic feeling among one another through Paleti. Let us work towards spreading this feeling through genuine Nepali music!

बारेमा नेपाली आधुनिक संगीतले देशभक्तिको भावना उजागर गर्न महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्‍याएको देखिन्छ । राष्ट्रियतालाई माथि उठाउनमा नेपाली आधुनिक संगीतमा क्रियाशील संगीतकर्मी संलग्न हुन पुगेकाले हुनुपर्छ, त्यस बेला बनेका देशभक्तिपूर्ण गीत पनि नेपाली आधुनिककै पाराका छन् । त्यही कारण पलेँटीमा सहभागी गायक, संगीतकार र गीतकारमार्फत हाम्रो अभिलेखालयमा पनि राष्ट्रियताले ओतप्रोत गीतहरू संगृहीत हुन पुगेका छन् । यस पालि तिनै रचनामध्येबाट केही गीत तपाईंसमक्ष राखेका छौँ । यस संग्रहमा गीतका मूल गायकहरू फत्तेमान, योगेश वैद्य, गणेश रसिक, हिरण्य भोजपुरे, मदनकृष्ण श्रेष्ठ र रबिन शर्माका आवाज समेटिएका छन् । साथै कुमार सुब्बा, पेमा लामा र पलेँटी–प्रतिभा सुरज र मीनाले स्थापित गीतमा आदरपूर्वक आफ्नो कण्ठशिल्प प्रयोग गरेका छन् । पलेँटीमार्फत तपाईंहरूसामु राष्ट्रियताको भावना साटासाट गर्न पाएकामा हामी खुशी छौँ । मौलिक संगीतको सहायताले देशभक्तिको भावलाई फैलाउन मदत पुर्‍याऔँ !
